I immediately took a liking to the melody, your playing and your singing. Frankly, though, I had a little difficulty staying focused on what you were communicating with the lyrics....so I listened to it a second time, but had the same trouble. Perhaps there are too many ideas, or sentences that are too lengthy. I think the length of the song may exacerbate the problem. Something closer to three minutes would, I feel, help the message to feel more focused. But that's just my opinion, and it's just my first impression. Or perhaps I just need some sleep!
