I’m the next American idol!

Okay, maybe not.
But still, more people keep telling me they saw me on American Idol this week or last week or the week before. “You did really good last night,” they’ll say.
Har har, I get it. Taylor Hicks and I are both around the same age and have grey hair. But come on, I’ve had a beard since just before the show started, so what gives with the comparison still?
Not me.
He’s still my choice for Idol favorite. I don’t think he’ll win, but he deserves to make it to the top three at the very least. The guy has soul, which is something most Idol contestants only dream of having.
I think Chris is going to win because he’s marketable.
