KUT: Week 3

Today marks the third week of my kickboxing fitness program.  We had our fitness evaluations this morning, and so far I’ve only lost 3 pounds and 3 inches, and my flexibility has only improved slightly.  But overall I’ve gone up a level in strength and speed, and I’ve lost 7% body fat.

As I was walking back to my car, I passed a homeless guy holding a sign that read “Anything is Better than Nothing”. I can’t really argue with that.
