Lately she’s been standing and shuffling around, but today was the first time I really saw her stand up and amble around under her own power. Pretty soon she’ll be running in all directions like a crazy person. At least I’ll be getting some exercise chasing her down.

Today the kids had their very first birthday party, complete with their very first birthday cake.

Today is Independence Day, so it’s fitting that the kids feel so independent that they try and escape every time we turn around. They’re crawling so fast that we almost have to run to keep up with them sometimes.

Why didn’t the man die when he drank the poison?

Because he was in the living room!
