I got off the plane and was smacked in the face with heat. I swear, Texas must be about a mile from the sun.

I fly out to Texas tomorrow morning to see my grandfather. His health is being assessed one day at a time, but at least he’s conscious (sorta) so I’m going to go see him while I can…
